What:        DevelopSpringfield has selected a firm to prepare a Master Plan for the tornado impacted and related areas of the City of Springfield.     

Why:         DevelopSpringfield and the Springfield Redevelopment Authority are leading the planning and redevelopment efforts of the tornado impacted areas of the city of Springfield. Developing a comprehensive master plan and redevelopment strategy that is practical, financially feasible and has the buy in of the community is a key step in the rebuilding efforts.
