Office of Grants Management

Welcome! The City of Springfield's Office of Grants Management was created by Mayor Domenic J. Sarno and Director of Finance T.J. Plante to expand the City's grant capacity. The office's mission is to research potential funding opportunities, write/prepare grant application packages, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and act as a centralized resource for questions regarding grant applications, contracts, procurement, and reporting.

NEW! City of Springfield Agency/Vendor Grant Partnership Form

The City of Springfield's Agency/Vendor Grant Partnership Form can be downloaded here. The purpose of the form is to formalize the process of partnering on future grant opportunities when the City is the lead applicant.  This process will allow for a better exchange of information, and assist the City in weighing its plausible partners. A completed Agency/Vendor Grant Partnership Form, along with its required documentation will be required of all partners with annual operating budgets less than $12 million. The City will not enter into a partnership with an outside agency that does not have this paperwork on file. Please note that the form is in Microsoft Word to allow agencies to type into the form and use more space as needed. As instructed on the form, please contact Cheryn Wojcik at cwojcik@springfieldcityhall.com or 413.787.6134 with questions. The final submission should be sent electronically by e-mail to Cheryn.
