SPG-13-019 - Furnish and Deliver Hand Soap
End date: Wednesday July 25, 2012 at 2 p.m.The Department of Parks, Buildings and Recreation Management requires a price agreement contract with a qualified vendor to establish prices to supply, and deliver hand soap to various schools and other public buildings in Springfield. The initial term of the contract is one year. The contract is estimated at $100,000 per year. The contract may be extended at the City's option up to three years.
All bidders are advised that the City of Springfield encourages the use of minority and women owned business enterprises (MWBE) and expects a good faith effort to comply with the City's goal of twenty (20%) MWBE participation.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
