The City is seeking a firm to act as exclusive agent for the City for the sale of advertising on the dasher boards at the Cyr Arena. The specifics of the plan to be prepared, and other documents relevant to this Request for Proposals (RFP), are set forth in the Scope of Services and in the Exhibits available in the solicitation package, which will be available July 23, 2012 at www.comm-pass.com, or picked up in the Office of Procurement, Monday through Friday, between 8:30AM and 4:00PM. This RFP is subject to MGL c. 30B. Please note that this is a REBID of Bid No. SPG-13-022.
The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any or all responses, if in the public interest to do so.
