The former Federal Building is located in the heart of the Central Business District. Constructed in 1981, it contains five floors and 152,000 usable square feet. MassDevelopment has completed the purchase of the building from the General Services Administration.

Project Status:
The City of Springfield School Department headquarters has relocated to this property and Baystate Health will also tenant the building later in 2010. A full rehabilitation of the outdoor plaza is in process as are other interior and exterior improvements.
